Biotec Pharma has a solid network of CMOs and pre-wholesalers/distributors across our region, which provides a very flexible and scalable business structure.
Quality and compliance is at the heart of everything we do. All of our products are released by certified European manufacturers, and are made according to the Ph. Eur. (European Pharmacopoeia) and in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), as well as with European environmental requirements.
What We Do ?
Our business concept is three-legged. We do:
- Acquisition, development or in-licensing of niche hospital pharmaceuticals
- Distribution & sales of pharmaceuticals on behalf of international business partners
- Import & export of unlicensed medicines
We target product acquisition or in-licensing of mature, niche hospital pharmaceuticals. We target products that have stood the test of time by continuing to meet medical needs and demonstrate sustainable sales. Once acquired, we aim to achieve organic growth through optimization of our portfolio. This means that we maximize the product life cycle of our acquisitions, and we selectively develop our products further where we see potential and additional value – both for the benefit of our business and for the patients. Further to acquisitions, we engage in development of niche generics together with contract development partners for selected markets. We also in-license both pharmaceuticals and medical devices of interest. Lastly, we distribute products on behalf of our international partners.
